August 17th 2003 I started the double drum track to begin my visualisation, after rattling to the four cardinal directions (perhaps I should have done 7). My power animal was willing to meet me at the entrance and guided me into the lower world. Once there I asked a question ‘Where do I go’ with regards to shamanism. The collared dove’s reply was (after changing into a man) to draw a runic symbol in the mud. I then found it difficult to stay in the lower world for longer.
